1. Resin: New, first-quality material; compounded and manufactured specifically for the purpose of producing the specified geomembranes; all of the same type; do not blend with recycles or seconds. The finished compound shall be uniform in color, thickness, size and surface texture.

2. Thickness: 80-mil.

3. Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) weight of processing aids, antioxidants and other additives other than carbon black, not more than 1% by weight of finished geomembrane and not more than 3% by weight with carbon black; produced in the United States; no holes, pinholes, bubbles, blisters, gels or undispersed resins and undispersed carbon black; no contamination by foreign matter; no nicks and cuts on roll edges; supplied in rolls; minimum panel width not less than 5 m; identify each roll labeled indicating thickness, length and width; manufacturer, plant location; meeting the following specifications:
